Blood Drive

Keys Gate Charter High school gave students the opportunity to donate blood on January 30th, 2019. Students 16 years of age and older could sign up and send home a waiver to be eligible to donate blood. They then were called out of class to go outside where the 'One Blood' buses were parked. The nurses on the bus greeted and welcomed the students as they entered after the donation students were awarded food provided by Ms. Steinhoff, the activities director at Keys Gate. “I was very excited to donate blood at the drive this year, and I love helping people when I have enough to spare,” Jeremy, a high school student at KGHS said.
