Quarter 1 Honor Roll
Parents and families joined our faculty and students on November 16, 2018, for our first quarter Honor Roll assembly. Keys Gate Charter High school’s cafeteria filled for grades 7-12 with motivated students who received all A’s and B’s, and proud families. Here, they were awarded an honor roll certificate and a $5 gift card to McDonalds for all their hard work within the first nine weeks. These awards not only bring smiles to hard-working children, but also push students to work just as hard for the next quarter. The students being gifted their award had a chance to shake Principal Mr. Hull’s hand and take pictures with teachers and fellow classmates. Claps concluded the ceremony and students went back to class for the next quarter. “I was really happy that I made my mom proud by getting honor roll” Danny Cruz, a senior student said.
