Cross Country

The Middle School Varsity Cross Country team for Keys Gate competed in their first race against multiple schools. This race took place on September 29th at 10:30a.m. at Larry and Penny Thompson Park. The mix of boys and girls on the team went against several school such as: Gulliver Prep High School, Conchita Espanisa Academy, Ammons Middle School and Jorge Mas Canosa Middle School. The best score times that Keys Gate achieved for the top girls were 18.46 minutes, 20 minutes, and 21.55 minutes. The times for the top boys were 16.45 minutes, 17.10 minutes, and 17.19 minutes. “It was a fantastic event, I am very proud of my runners,” Coach Dean Fairly added.
