Mr. Conley - Team Member of the Month

Every month Keys Gate Charter High School chooses a staff member of the month. James Conley the 2nd floor security guard was chosen to be January staff member of the month. In his spare time, he likes to volunteer on Track. In order for him to be respected by students he keeps it friendly but at the same remains authoritative. Although, he has had some confrontations with students arguing as a security guard he has to remain cool, calm, and collective. “I feel honored to be chosen as staff member of the month and I am happy to lead kids in the right direction,” Mr. Conley said.
