Swimming learning experience

Keys Gate Charter School varsity swimmers were up against a variety of South Florida schools. Regional took place at Florida Golf Coast University on November 16th from 4:30p.m. to 7:00p.m. Keys Gate gave their best and this took them to regional but they were not victorious. Keys Gate varsity swimmers learned that they must work harder and that they should never give up, even in the toughest times. “This was a good experience for us and we hope to do better next year. I think I did good for my first year in regional as a 7th grade varsity swimmer and hope to do better as an 8th grader,” Noah McDermott said.
