Girls Basketball - Lady Knights Beat Key West

The Keys Gate Lady Knights played the 10th basketball game of the year against their rivals the Key West Conchs on December 11th, in the gym. Number 4, Angela Denis, proved to be the spirit of the team after her impressive performance with her aggressiveness throughout the game. The agility and hustle of the KG team allowed them to have a comfortable and early lead from the second quarter on The Lady Knights went on to beat Key West 52-25 and improved their overall record. “If you didn’t come to win, what are you playing for?” Coach Morman said.
